We do the EVA Foam WITH A WARRANTY. Our manufacturer is local to you and can use your templates. Full installation with warranty. Other companies offer other products and every one has its strong points and weak points. Ours can be removed, updated with style changes or preferences, a ton variety of colors , logos and designs. It adds little to no weight unlike others and is soft and durable. Permanent floors can be great for certain conditions, they can add weight and be very costly to remove if needed or should you decide to go another route later. Like I said , both are great products with their pros and cons. You just need to weigh the options.
