Has anyone ever had a bilge pump that will not stop running? I had to disconnect the battery on the boat for it to stop. Any Solutions?

Why the crap would you suggest swapping it out without any troubleshooting? There’s a knob on the side for the exact purpose of fixing a stuck float. Start there, if manually moving the float shuts it off, then hit it with some lubricant and cycle it a few times and call it a day. If it happens again later then do the same thing. They stick, it’s not common, but it happens. If it isn’t the float then it is the wiring, which still doesn’t automatically constitute a new switch or pump.

Either wired wrong or the float is bad most likely. 90% of the time it’s not the pump.

Bad switch. Them rocker switches don’t like being outdoors in the weather. I’ve replaced 3 pump switches and the front tilt switch once.
