Personal opinions for onboard battery chargers.
NOCO vs Battery Tender, vs Victron?
I’ve always used a single bank battery tender in between outings, but planning on a 3 bank charger with a mix of gel cell and lithium batteries.
Tried googling reviews and all claim to be the best and top of the line.

I’m leaning toward Victron

So far minnkota seems the most popular. I’ll look into them and some of the others tonight

NOCO is no go. Very problematic lately.

I’ll be honest. I’ve always had good luck with the Minn Kota chargers. For my Lithium TM (36v) battery, I use a Stealth charger. Basically it reads the voltage from the cranking battery, once that battery is full, it throws the charge to the TM battery. It also charges the TM battery while the engine is running. I’m probably not explaining it correctly, but that’s the basic idea

I’ve had 3 different Noco’s and all seem to have problems. I would need to choose a different brand go forward. None were onboards though.

I have a powerhouse run and gun system and absolutely love it. Charges my lithium (trolling) house and start (both lead ). Super easy to install if do it yourself is what your after.
